Commander-driven multi-CLI worker orchestration. The invoking agent or session classifies implementation units by risk, dispatches them to Devin, Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or Grok workers in isolated git worktrees, pipelines each completion (review as soon as a worker finishes — never barrier-wait the whole cohort), then merges into one integration branch.
