Complete original README setup sequence for Memory Core, Memory Hub and Proxy. It requires the documented container environment and two configured LLM groups in .env. The setup can initialize local services and credentials when run; these commands are preserved as source instructions and were not executed here.

The self-hosted stack combines Memory Core, Memory Hub and MemoryProxy. Teams configure model credentials and separate memory-processing and upstream proxy settings. Assets can be private, team-visible or restricted by access rules. The open-source project and Tencent Cloud’s commercial offering have separate deployment and service terms.
