Etsy Cake Knife Photo Pipeline

Run one end-to-end workflow. Do not ask the user to invoke two separate skills.

Required resources

• Read references/shot-plan.md before generating the final photo set.
• Reuse the real product photo supplied in the current task; if absent, request it before creating the master.

Generation engine

Use Codex's built-in image_gen tool for the product master and every final scene. This is the only default generation path.

• Do not use OpenRouter, etsy-tony-full-photo-engine, a third-party image service, a custom SDK script, the Image API, or the imagegen CLI.
• Do not ask for OPENAI_API_KEY when the built-in tool is available.
• Treat 15 images as 15 separate built-in calls with distinct shot prompts. Do not use a CLI batch command or request one 15-panel image.
• If the built-in tool is unavailable or repeatedly fails, stop and report that exact blocker. Do not switch engines unless the user explicitly authorizes a fallback in a later request.

Built-in input and save rules

1. Inspect every local input with view_image before the first edit call.
2. Label the product photo as the edit target and the engraving image as the supporting compositing input.
3. When all target images have local paths, pass them to the built-in tool as referenced images. If a required target exists only in recent conversation images, include the smallest sufficient recent-image context instead. Never combine both input mechanisms in one call.
4. If neither input mechanism can include every required target, ask the user to attach the missing image again.
5. Do not pass or promise a destination-path argument to the built-in tool. Generate first, then copy or move selected outputs from Codex's generated-images location into the job folder.
6. Save non-destructively. Use versioned filenames when a target filename already exists.

Inputs and defaults

Collect or infer:

1. Engraving source: the uploaded black-and-white knife/server layout. This is required.
2. Product base: the user's real product photo; required for an accurate master.
3. Exact personalization: names, phrase, city/venue, date, skyline or ornaments. Transcribe it before generation.
4. Dimensions: optional. Never invent missing measurements.
5. Photo count: exactly 15 unless the user asks for another count.
6. Output crop: default to individual 4:5 portrait listing photos unless the user specifies another ratio.

Ask only when a required source is missing or critical text is unreadable. Reuse already supplied readable files; do not ask for them again.

Output contract

Produce:

• one approved product master;
• 15 separate final listing photos, never a contact sheet or collage;
• consistent engraving, product structure, material and personalization across the full set;
• a concise completion note with the output location and any failed quality checks.

When local output paths are available, organize them under:

Completion report

Report only:

• generation engine: Codex built-in image_gen;
• product master: passed or failed;
• final photos: completed count;
• output folder when available;
• any shot numbers regenerated or blocked;
• whether exact dimensions were supplied or a no-number scale shot was used.

完成本轮所需交付及上述验收后结束。内部必要依赖可以继续；不自动追加下一项业务或要求用户重新调用同一任务。
