How AI Tools Radar handles account, newsletter, and product-submission data.

We collect the email address and basic profile information you choose to share when you sign in with Google, GitHub, or an email verification code. Product submissions include the details you enter in the form.
How we use it
We use this information to authenticate your account, manage your submissions, deliver newsletters you request, prevent abuse, and improve the directory. We do not sell personal information.
Services and retention
Authentication, storage, analytics, and email delivery may be provided by Cloudflare, Google, GitHub, and Resend. We keep account and submission records while they are needed to operate the service or meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe from newsletters at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion of account data, email support@aitoolsradar.com.
Anonymous site analytics
We count visits by broad referral channel, page category, and selected actions such as searches and outbound clicks. We also record a random per-tab session ID, page templates, page sequence, approximate visible time and scroll depth, and newsletter form actions to understand navigation and subscriptions. The tab ID expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not store search terms, full URLs, email addresses, or payment details in these analytics. For entry attribution, we record the public landing-page path, referring website domain, and source, medium and campaign labels. Query strings and fragments are excluded, and private submission identifiers are masked.
Account journey records
When you sign in or submit a product, we link key steps to your account and submission: draft saves, submission attempts, checkout visits, payment method selection, order status, payment outcomes, and review decisions. We use these records to diagnose failed steps and improve the service. Only authorized operations staff can view account-level records. We store broad source and error categories, not card numbers, form content, full browsing URLs, or raw payment-provider errors.
