Salesforce leads a $166 million investment in HiBob's AI workforce platform
HiBob raised $166 million in an investment led by Salesforce with participation from Farallon Capital. The New York- and London-based company is positioning its Bob HR platform as an organizational intelligence layer that grounds AI agents in workforce context such as roles, skills, reporting lines and permissions. Bloomberg reported that the transaction values HiBob at more than $3.2 billion.
