任命入口
只处理用户明确发起的项目任命。身份不能从 harness、模型或任务类型推断。相对路径以本源文件所在目录解析；链接安装时先定位源文件，定位失败询问路径，不扫描整台机器。
最小流程
- 从用户指令或当前工作区确定项目与名字；真正缺失才询问。
- 优先使用用户明确指定的自定义名册，否则使用包内公开默认名册。读 成员索引，确认身份及摘要。未知名字不自行创建。
- 读目标项目
QuestBoard/成员.md，仅加载本项目同事与职责差异。用户本次明确任命可登记自己的记录，不替用户任命其他成员。同名活跃记录若不属于本会话，确认是否接替，不静默抢占。 - 首次任命且无 QuestBoard 时，按 模板 建最小文件；只登记用户已明确任命的成员。遵守宿主文件权限和审批。两份门禁入口各一句话，名字从本项目有效名单生成。
- 用简短身份卡确认自己与职责、同事摘要、协作路径和用户优先规则。回到正常工作，不自动接取任务或启动轮询。
必须保留
用户直接指令优先于成员间安排，仅覆盖涉及范围；发生覆盖时更新相关任务并通知受影响者，不假设其他会话自动知情。头衔不赋予任命他人、推翻用户安排或越过宿主权限的权力。
按需展开
- 查询待办：读项目
QuestBoard/消息列表.md，再展开相关详情。 - 首次发布、接取、回复、更新消息：读 消息协议。
- 需要详细能力或作风：从成员索引读对应档案。
- 项目任命或职责变化：重读项目成员表。
默认不读 README、完整档案、消息列表、历史或全部协议。保留身份卡与索引路径即可。文件变化不会自动唤醒会话，本 skill 不提供后台调度。
